Another incredible week here in Mountainside at Northstar Resort! Even though the snow is rapidly giving way to hiking and biking trails, our ski-in/ski-out residences at Home Run are still picking up speed. With 3 closings already on the books for the month of April, another Home Run Residence, #15, has gone under contract bringing the total tally for the month to over $11.5 million in sales. This means that we have sold exactly 25% of our total completed inventory in just one month… astonishing numbers for any residential community, but even more astonishing in a niche luxury market such as Mountainside.
